Ancestral instinct, Evolving design

Lunaticconstruction® and LunaBlocks® awake in each of us an essential need and an ancestral instinct – the desire to create one's own home and to build one's own furnishings. This primitive concept has led to a new approach in space and design, which can now be adapted with total freedom of expression and invention.

Thanks to a basic object form that has been integrated into the mind at childhood, a new, universal form has emerged, now adapted to adult dimensions and calling back reassurance and reminiscences from the past.

The innovation, represented by the commercial production of LunaBlocks and the marketing of a primitive and contemporary « design game », is part of a new initiative, that of sustainable design. « primitif design » is a new concept that has now arrived in the world of decorative arts.

Instinct ancestral, design évolutif

Lunaticconstruction et les LunaBlocks réveillent en chacun de nous un besoin essentiel et un instinct ancestral, celui de construire sa maison et de fabriquer ses meubles : un concept primitif pour une approche nouvelle de l'espace et du design, devenus modulables avec une totale liberté d'expression et d'invention.

Cette forme basique, universelle, réminiscence rassurante de notre enfance, a été réadaptée à la dimension des adultes.

L'innovation, constituée par le développement industriel des LunaBlocks, et la mise sur le marché d'un « Jeu de design » primitif et contemporain, s'inscrivent dans une nouvelle démarche, celle du design durable, et ajoutent aux arts décoratifs un nouveau concept : celui de « primitif design ».
